Terms of Service

Welcome to Qliento. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Qliento is an AI-powered WhatsApp automation platform that enables businesses to automate conversations, manage campaigns, and integrate with their existing tools.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

You agree to use Qliento only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam to any recipients
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business policies or any applicable law
• Use the platform for illegal activities of any kind

You are solely responsible for all messages sent through your account and for obtaining proper recipient consent as required by applicable regulations (including GDPR and CCPA).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qliento.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Qliento uses artificial intelligence to power chatbot responses and automation flows. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Our AI cannot replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI responses before deploying them to your customers.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and emergency interventions may cause temporary downtime. Qliento's service also depends on third-party providers (Meta, OpenAI) and may be affected by outages outside our control.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in spam, fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity, or if required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

Qliento and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the platform, software, and content. You may not republish, sell, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.

The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. Qliento does not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate. We are not liable for third-party service failures, data loss, or business outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
